Why are we paying so much, every few months and annually and what are we getting? I spend more on membership fees with Main St than I earn a an agent yet I receive nothing from Main St in order to succeed
The association ability to have the forms ready if there are any changes and the very knowledgeable teachers.
Very organized and I love this organization. Very easy to take classes and the support is amazing...success guaranteed with this organization.

It should be one annual fee. Dues are always at wrong time. Same time as rent and other bills due.

Can there please be an autopay option for the dues? I always get charged a late fee. It would be so nice to have it automatically taken care of.
I'm sure it won't make a difference but the fees are too high and especially the last one in December right before Christmas. Why not try a monthly payment amount? It's fine for those who are established and have the money but for those starting out it's a bit much because you're not helping to buy or sell that often.
It's very easy to find and pay your invoices.
Its really disappointing to keep paying increased fees and on top of that have "donation" amounts in the cart. I always paid without double checking, assumed that amount is required to be paid. This is unfair. I submitted a form for return ($20) over a week ago. And never received $20 back. I do not wish to donate anything, when we are already overpaying by so much and dont have any other choice. I really dont think main street should be adding "donations" into our carts. Very unethical.

Benefits, service, etc. are grossly overpriced. I would not recommend MORE to anyonel very disapointed.
Continuing to raise fees. Lack of technology
First - You can start by lowering the fees.
Second - you can offer more hands on training for new agents.
Third - you can provide trainers that are better prepared to do interactive training not just a quick overview.
The services are great!
