How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

the pages that I was looking for never loaded. I hit reload several times and back out of the system totally to get it to work. Before this happened I was trying to find a commercial lease agreement. I tried to figure out what you may have called it because it wasn't clear to me. That's what caused me to go through line by line, no of which loaded and gave me an error page.
I just need things more clear, if I search for a Commercial Lease I would expect something to come up that would be a lease.

What do you like about our association services?

Timely responses, friendly and with good follow through. I never feel like a stranger and have always been treated as a valued member. I also think this is a forward-looking organization with good strategies for growth and staying relevant.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I am being charged a $75.00 fee for mandatory classes that I CANCELLED in advance by sending written notification, but the claim is that I was a "no-call/no-show" for the training. This is very aggravating.

Information is timely. Any questions or inquiries are answered quickly. Fees are the lowest of any association in the Chicago area.
