Much is offered and fully supported
Friendliness of stuff. They would always go an extra mile and are very patient with answering and listening to questions. Also, very prompt in their responses.

We understand that you no longer offer reciprocity with the Rockford Board, which I am sure most of your membership is ok with, but as we do share borders with their area, it would have been nice to be told--so I guess the answer is better communication when policy changes are made

As you know, the association dues are due at the most inconvenient time of year. The big one, (now $600 or $560 and climbing) is due right before Christmas. It would be nice to have an option to pay this amount in increments rather than all at once. If this option does exist and I am unaware of it, please let me know as I would like to make a payment now. Without having that option creates unnecessary stress for the holidays and therefore a lot of unhappy members.
