I have had no issues with anything requests or concerns. The staff is knowledgeable and goes beyond the call of duty.
Be less expensive
You're keeping up with the type of technology I like. Making it easy to write offers online. Putting forms online. I'm not high tech, but I do like these things.
$30 later fee in unreasonable!

Dues are not cheap at all...I talk to people in other states with even more expensive homes and larger areas..they pay often less than we do...
Maybe have a sliding scale based on much an agent does in business.

The elimination of one-day codes is a problem. I have to rearrange my schedule once again today to meet an agent without a card at one of my listings. The agents always complain that other locations still provide one-day codes. I feel we are at a disadvantage compared to other association in terms of cooperating with other brokers. The most annoying part of this is that Mainstreet championed the switch to Sentrilock in large part due to the convenience of one-day codes. It was a bait-and-switch!

Mainstreet stays ahead of the curve by providing services, training and seminars that members are seeking. They are responsive to input from members and continue to evolve. As a GRI and having networked with Realtors from other areas I have come to greatly appreciate our Mainstreet and what it provides. Kudos for a job well done.
Lock boxes are one of the main services we rely on ...in our area more than half of the agents do not have key cards...With no one day codes we are either losing showings and sales or we are putting on combo lock boxes,or meeting agents for showings...I have recommend that our office join a different board.

Good services
Clearly, I would say you have very professional instructors. I have been around a long time and feel the tools which are offered to us frankly keep us up to date. The Mainstreet support team is always very helpful as well. With that being said, I certainly would inform new Brokers what is offered to them to boost their business.
