What do you like about our association services?

I like the fact that programs are offered in multiple locations via telecast so those of us who are not close to Downers Grove can still benefit by most of the programs.

I like the variety of programs offered: CE, designation, special hot topics, etc.

I think the costs are competitive.

Possibly more direct outreach... I know that we can't reach everyone, but emails get lost and there are so many members who don't know much at all about MORe and what it offers.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Never have any info that would help an appraiser. Everything is for the broker/agent.
