Hard to say without being familiar with other organizations....
Well to start with how about a little more reminder on the annual dues. I did not have a reminder email for my dues I just received one on November 7th----I would have loved at least one or even 2 reminders from the accounting department since this is such a hectic season----I did get the your late note though on the seventh with a 30.00 late fee---so there goes what I would have donated to Rpac. Since I rely heavily on the paper stataments to keep me on track and you decided to go paperless to save on postage the least you can do is send us at least two reminders before the due date. I get constant emails from MORE--why cant you just remind us at least twice at the end of the month. Just saying----NOT HAPPY.

Too expensive and a rip-off. Lets be honest. Sure we need technology but to charge people this much for using the site then mandate it is crazy. Not all of us are earning big pay in Real Estate so all of these dues, and paying for bull-crap continued education, etc. It's a joke.
I'm not sure what the difference is between yours and others?

Quick and responsive, very helpful, and user friendly member site. Supports and backs Realtor's. The only less than optimal issue would be the freeze on one day codes for Sentrilock users, as a strong supporter of this technology for the safety of my clients, it is frustrating that I have to meet agents from other boards that don't have key cards when if I put a combo on the home, which has no security what so ever, they and anyone could potentially access the home. I understand that the one day codes were mis-used by some, however those same individuals are mis-using combo's, so we and our clients are penalized for the wrong doing of some. I have a difficult time with that thought process.

No reason not to recommend Mainstreet. I'm NOT disappointed w/ MORe. It is just that it is unlikely to come up in a conversation with other realtors.
