Why when a Realtor reports a mistake which is misleading on another Realtors listing such as sq. ft. you NEVER get the offending Realtor to change it?

Everybody is very kind, attentive and informative when I call. The setback I see is in the Software on the MLS regarding the mobile application. Does have a tendency of kicking me out of the application several times so I switched up my mobile provider and it happens with all the providers I have worked with. I’m thinking maybe that needs to be updated. FYI. Other than that I’m quite content thank you and God bless.

Have Mainstreet issued contracts and agreements match mandatory fields in MLS. We have to do twice the work to get everything to match. Example: something as minor as Fireplace logs. Make it a mandatory field in MLS so it can be autofilled but most importantly: Accurate. The two sides should talk and work in tandem for one set of information for the consumer and realtors alike.

I am member with Main street for the last 10years, thee fees are very high and customer service getting much worse.
I am also member with Florida state association, fees much less, free provided services and tools much wider than Main street.
No one answers the phone when you call.
For the 4 years, I have been a Realtor, my only conclusion is this organization is a money grab. We're so concerned with transparency, but I and others can't do our jobs or due diligence to the public unless we pay the required fees. The MLS should not be behind a paywall.

It's a great service when your system is working. I tried all day last Friday to pay my dues and the system wasn't working.
I wish the private listings would sync in with our sentrilock...they do not...I cannot assign my sentri to a property that is in private listing network which is inconvenient especially when the client approves the showings.

Easy to access forms
The association does a good job or organizing and manging however lately the fees have gone up very considerably. I am sorry with all due respect I don't feel what you do is worth what I pay annually. Thanks
