I'm not necessarily disappointed. The question asked if I would recommend. I can't say that I would. We don't have much of an alternative, but its just hard to see the value of the benefit versus the cost. Would love to see more money or energy spent on mandatory training, establishing higher standards for agents, and a higher barrier to entry. We need BETTER Realtors, not MORE.

I have a difficult time navigating your website. I wanted last years expenses to send to my accountant but I couldn’t find that information.
I find that employees are unavailable, 90% of the time calls go to voicemail. The last several times I have called , the people I have spoken to either didn't know the answer to my question and didn't follow up or sounded like they just didn't want to be bothered. I'm not the only one, other agents agree the quality of service is way down. It would be helpful to hire people who somewhat understand the business. Thank you.

It simply doesn't meet expectations.
Help with realtors who sell a tenth or twenty of big fulltime realtor in their expenses which get devided equality with the expenses a full time realtor gets from the smaller brokers. Maybe smaller brokers may stay longer than quitting because they have many of same exspences of the larger ones who benefit from the small ones paying a big part of the load.

PS.. Don't get me wrong Mike Gober is the best managing broker I worked for in the last 30 years.I can be called and talked to on how I feel. My opinion can be told to anyone.
