Be more diligent about Special Assessments. Tired of all the Listings that have Special Assessments that go unreported and/or mentioned in Private Remarks but not on Listing CSheet for the biyer.

So many agents listing raised ranches or split levels as 2 stories, listing 2200 sq ft homes as 3500 sq ft. All these things yet I get a violation notice because home is listed but seller said no showings for 5 days? PLN is a joke! Realtors parking a listing there strictly so they or their team can sell it, home goes from PLN to under contract, yep, that's in the seller's best interest! You fine piddly bs stuff while letting this other stuff go. So random and arbitrary! Get rid of the PLN!
I like the variety of classes, which has in-person and Live stream via Zoom. I also like the information and resources available to keep members informed and up to date on issues within the real estate industry.
I feel like our association does a great job for us. I haven't had to use the customer service in some time but when I have I like that they are quick to resolve issues.

My information is being sold and the amount of spam texts and phone calls I receive is ridiculous. Plus fees keep going up.

they need to do better in helping agents and improving their web site and keeping it updated and correct contact information rather than it being hard to find
