First quit shoveling that volunteer contribution down our throats. I notice you conveniently give us the option of not paying it and the very end when we are paying. Why don't you just take some of your crazy fees and make the contribution yourself.
It's really about a distance thing. In Northern Lake County there is really very little (if any) engagement from Mainstreet.

I don't have any complaints, except that Sentrilock Boxes are not provided by the Association. My other MLS provides them as an inclusion. An agent may check out a number of them for listings as needed. Something to consider for MRED as you could easily do the same process and i think it would be a great benefit for agents and MRED overall.

Your deceitful billing (hiding donation fees with the regular bill) is not something that is taught in the real industry or in working with our communities. If this type of contract was written up with hidden items to the public they would be outraged. Shame on you.

Too many surveys...Too many different tools that do the same thing! Why do we allow so many to be introduced into our toolset?
Not enough understanding of what the new regulations re: compensation will do to our members. Already, I have had deals break because the buyers broker would only accept a minimum %!! My seller's refused! If this behavior continues, the buyers broker will be doomed! Why should buyers go to any other broker than the seller's broker? They will definitely save money that way. It's just a matter of time in my opinion!! In my many years of change in this industry, I have never heard such "silence" on this issue other than trying to train us all to not violate the new policies.
There is clearly not a good understanding on how the new rules will be effecting behavior of the buyer & seller agents in a transaction!
