how fast you help
Dues are too high. Everything is inflated. Dues should be lower especially for those of us who’s been in the business for decades. What other support the board provides that would demand such high dues. MLS data is available to everyone and it appears to every nonmember. So why we are mandated to belong to a board

I love the staff and the amazing benefits
I am very frustrated. I am trying to get the amount I have paid in dues in 2024. I was sent an auto reply email with a link to sign in and get the info. It wouldn’t accept my password so I’m trying ro setup a new one, but it won’t accept any passwords I enter. This is a very simple request.
Mainstreet’s offerings are top-notch. However, when members submit emails or requests, it would be beneficial to receive confirmation from staff that the issue or request has been addressed. While I understand that the volume of emails and requests is substantial, this added touch would further enhance the already superb customer service provided to members.
The association is responsive and current. They offer several learning and networking opportunities. Great industry wide collaboration. A resource for current trends and up to date changes within the industry.

As always, Mary Stock was great, professional, and always helpful. I made a mistake ordering a class and she fixed it no problem.
My mistake was due to the fact that the website does not indicate all the pertinent info for each class as you move through the process. Once you click on the class, the next pages do NOT show the date, time, instructor or location of the class. Had that info been there in the cart, or even on mt receipt I might have been able to fix the error myself.
I have always been very pleased with the service I have received from Mainstreet. If I have a question, I know I will get the right answer! The training is great too! I love sitting in on one of Lynn Madision's trainings.

The People!! You have the most amazing staff. Even though it's one of the largest associations in the US you can walk into any office and feel welcome. They go above and beyond to make sure they get the best of everything for their members.
Mainstreet offers the highest level of services to its members. They are on top of every change that affects us, with answers to all our questions in a timely manner. The personnel at Mainstreet is top-notch, with courteous, friendly staff members. Classes are everything we need (and more!), conducted by highly-qualified people -- and offered both online and in-person.
