And repeal some of the ridiculous reasons to fine. An realtor MLS sheet is full disclosure and as long as it does not have seller name or phone number there is. Nothing wrong with the public seeing it yes the commissions on it and recently and instructor at a more class said that the public wasn't titled to knowing the commission

Mainstreet's services cover the gamut from little things like a spreadsheet for transfer stamp charges to big things like realtor safety and ethics. Every question I have is handled with graciousness and efficiency. Agents deal with a lot of stress and tension from so many people in this business, it's helpful that a group like MORe makes my life easier & nicer every time I call.

I'm new to the industry and in these early stages you have provided a simple signup process.
Fees are really high. To be a Realtor in this area, I am forced to belong. So any sales agent who wants to be a Realtor in this area really has no choice but to belong to this organization.

Improve customer service.
With 37 years in the business I have watched agents being squeezed for so much money for fees, dues, supplies, lockboxes and the cost of ConEd. The services are fine, I just don't use them much.
I have a suggestion. Maybe MRED could have ads to lower cost to members.
