high fees for realtors, especially new ones getting started. Not sure how you compare to other states, but IL, well we know IL is not in good shape financially.

When you call Mainstreet you get an answer very quickly. If they can not answer immediately they get back to you soon a they have the answer. They are swift and knowledgable.
You seem to offer an answer for anything a agent would need an answer to.

The staff is always willing to help and all are very friendly.
Over communicated that I was going to miss the Jumpstart class then was charged a late fee. Had to go out of my way to call and get it waived - the association acted like it was my fault rather than acknowledging that I had sent 3 e-mails and tried to call several times. Was very disappointed at the lack of response initially and how the situation was handled.
