I feel like that local real estate organization supposed to stand for the local realtors and before agreeing to any change NAR purposes ask every member to vote on it.
NAR sold our data , showing time and many other services that were just supposed to belong to realtors. What NAR or main street has done to make a small Realtors life easier. Stuck us and our livelihood in jeopardy. We pay the dues and you are suppose to stand up for us and protect our interests not just agree as No fight was put up. No one from NAR could explain how real estate works in the court???? People use us and abuse our services and we can’t say anything.
Mainstreet staff are excellent. They also offer great educational options. Top notch organization!

Decouple from NAR
I like that I can get questions answered quickly. The suppport on current issues is awesome.
It would be so helpful if we had the option of paying our dues monthly. Having the largest bill of the year come due in the middle of the holiday season is unfortunate.
