The dues are entirely too expensive. I just paid $241 for the MLS in September and now when money is extremely tight I had to pay $695. Especially right before Christmas. The dues need to be lowered significantly.

You continually endorse more ways for agents to withhold listings from other agents. The private network is ridiculous. I don't know many agents who think its a good idea and yet it continues.
Also I cannot think of another state that has 17 page contracts. Ridiculous
