There are a good variety of educational opportunities and services for agents. Quick support when you have questions or needs.
Prices are way too high. Handled the NAR lawsuit terribly. Provides little to no value. Seems like a monopoly and giant money grab.
Its not you, its the NAR settlement that will need to be paid in the future dues. I think with so many other database options, we missed the boat 20 years ago by not controlling the valuable data that NAR had. Now that its free or close to free to anyone saavy enough to seek it out, our roles are greatly diminished.
I can always get an answer to any questions I have.
Stop competing with realtors for clients on your platforms that you have out there!
Lower the fees
I am ALWAYS very disappointed in the cost and the timing of the "dues".
Disappointed in the August 17th edict, which made a tough job, incredibly tougher and more full of twists and turns.
Mainstreet itself is not the issue, it is the associations in general. Much more should be done to protect consumers. For too long real estate has allowed agents to work in unethical manners and it continues today. Misleading practices continue and gives a bad image to Realtors abroad. The days of the industry policing itself should be over and outside agencies should be monitoring the industry and enforcing rules and regulations. Here are several policies that are long over due.
1. Property disclosures should be required to be included in all listings for review. No exceptions
2. Proof of presentation of offers should be required by listing agents on all offers
3. Increased education for all Realtors that include the knowledge of the very basics of building construction. For the compensation that is paid for us to represent, we should at the very least have knowledge of the product.
Very Professional, Helpful, with the Programs that Realtors need.

This website is very helpful, also get good knowledge about real estate market.
You’re too expensive
Great education and help services. A very friendly staff.
Less expensive than other associations.
The events, the training, the support.
Doesn’t do anything to help realtors.
Service and educational classes
As a real estate appraiser, I am totally dependent on the MLS data that is provided by your service. Thankfully, I generally have no trouble accessing information that I need, and staff members that I have had an occasion to speak wiith are knowledgeable, helpful and courteous.
I think the timing of when MLS dues are due could be planned better. It's not convenient to have them due a couple weeks before the holidays.
Merry Christmas!
As a newer agent I try to take advantage of all the services and enjoy them all.
Fees are very expensive. Penalty fees for classes not attended the very first time is ridiculous and should be illegal.
I like the more board, but NAR overall is failing its members.
Where’s aicrm to make us better agents? Where’s the ad campaigns to show consumers how we protect their best interests? Where’s NAR while some cheap dolt sues us into oblivion? Where is NAR to ensure we as Realtors, don’t go the way of stockbrokers on a race to zero fees and call centers for help.
Where is NAR???
The staff and the courses are great
The individuals in the office are no help and rude.
Always helpful
Not clear if MainStreet protects our rights with options on what to opt out of and being accountable with funds that we as member are paying.
Fees are out of control. There is no accountability for any of the organizations we are forced to pay. How is that legal? I am told there are other options which I will look into.
Rules of membership are not uniformly enforced.
Do not receive any benefit from the association past the MLS.
Do not appreciate being forced to be a part of NAR and I think its an Antitrust violation.
too expensive, NAR is too expensive, IL NAR isnt worth a dime and too expensive... Your just a data base.. stop trying to be more than what you are.

Extremely convenient and easy to find the answers I need
