Easy access and quick response time

I had an ethics case last year and to date, still have no findings on the results of the case. This is not only poor communication, it causes me to wonder what is going on with the board and why even after my repeated attempts to follow up, there has been no response to me or my case.

You ask me how you can improve. You can follow up on cases. You can communicate on the progress of those cases. You can keep us in the loop. None of this has happened with this case. This is beyond disappointing and makes me not want to waste my time in policing my colleagues as you so often put it.

I can call with any question and be directed to the appropriate person to help me.
I enjoy the various programs and events.
I like that I have many options for the same continuing education courses, and many courses to choose from.
I enjoy the ability to ask questions while on the site.

I am not sure what other options are out there; kinda thought we all merged into 1

I enjoy the in classroom learning opportunities. I also enjoy that the topics are always on much needed areas of interest. The trainers are so engaging and knowledgeable.

It's also refreshing to get practical, real-life examples of scenarios and situations from our instructors and not just text book data; not that there isn't a place for that as well. However, it helps to have instructors that are themselves, exposed to and familiar with examples we're often sharing as a way to provide insight on where we individually struggle or need clarity.

I am a member of 5 different mls systems. This one, by a very, very, very significant margin, has waaaaaaay too much red tape to accomplish simple tasks, just signing up was exhausting. On top of that, it is far more expensive than any other one.
