I don’t feel I get the support or guidance to justify the $700 a year.
The tools we get with are membership are great. But the staff whenever we need help with anything, is outstanding!!!

Get out to offices more…tell us what you’re doing. Don’t make us come to you.
Also…I don’t like that I didn’t have an option to opt out of paying dues or donations to PACs this round of paying MLS and Main Street dues. That’s been decoupled as I understand it but you haven’t set us up to have a menu of things to optionally choose to pay for.
I probably would have paid these fees anyway, but I don’t appreciate not having the option.
Prompt responses, always, to questions or issues I may be having.
I love the hands on service. They not just answer the phone with a person, but they make excellent suggestions for not just the current question, but one step further.
