I am a secondary member of Mainstreet with Three Rivers being my primary. I really like the way forms are kept up to date and class/info provided about said forms.
Usually very helpful
Everything accept the price!
I asked for assistance with a change of address. I was told that I would receive an email with a change of address form. I never received it. Now I must call again to request a form, complete it and send it back hoping that the person does not forget to send it again.
This is so archaic. Why can't this be done on line when I log it?
expensive
Quick and helpful response
Seem to be a closed nit group and other suggestions and opinions don't matter.
By far better than the association we used to be in. The amount of available training is awesome.
Wide range of training; Easy access to training materials and webinars.
Prompt responses to questions
Having real people answer the phones and prompt chats with transcripts. The sign-in is quick, effective, and welcoming at events and classes.
I don't feel I benefit from using this company other than using the MLS. I really feel like I throw away more than $1,000 a year paying fees for use of the MLS. It's truly wasteful.
Membership support is prompt and always helpful.
Cost waaaay too much for such little value
You offer current information in a clear concise way making it easier for us to do our job and be up to date
Organized Association
Informative emails
Help available when needed
Always I depend on you. Thank you
I don’t feel this organization is worth anything—-I have watched more fraud, and Agents do more harm to the public with NO Consequences —you do not impose any rules, fines, etc.— you – and that you will fine for —-ridiculous —I feel that the national Association of realtors sold us out years ago to Zillow and truthfully, I am no longer interested in being a part of this organization—after 30+ years -– holding our MLS hostage is criminal and I think that agents are waking up
I have been a member for 37 yrs-
Never have I felt /experienced that the DuPage Board/Mainstreet empire truly made the most of the opportunities of what it could be
I’ve attended NAR broker conferences and have connected with top NAR staff.
Our industry is NOT Is NOT!!!! Supported by in the trenches aware people
It went from lunch ladies to less effective visionaries
Opportunity to attend professional meetings.
Everyone at the association wants to see you succeed. They genuinely care about knowing what they can do to help and support you!
It's not like we have a choice? We pay plenty throughout the year, but over the past 23 years I've been a member, I don't recall any particular benefit from Mainstreet, not even once?
The association provides information and services that help give my clients everything I need to support their goals.
Listing agents do not input accurate data in the listings!
I would like to be able to set up notifications for the MORE bills to send to my phone instead of just my email. Email is something that is less used than it used to be and I hate paying the stupid late fee. Let me set up reminders that go to my phone.
The genuine source of real estate industry educational, technical, ethical and marketing guidance. The association's professional approach in all aspects of the real estate industry has achieved its land mark.
Very proactive. Strive to help all members.
I like that they are available if I need to call. They also do events from time to time.
The in-person CE classes and most events are too far for agents in the northern suburbs.

I am an appraiser. Mainstreet offers nothing for appraisers other than access to the MLS. This is provided at the same cost as it is to realtors. Charging us for everything else which provides zero benefits is atrocious.
