A person answered the phone promptly and was very courteous. She took care of my request to pay my dues at once and I was off the phone fast with an e-mail confirmation of my payment.

What could we do to improve?

Reduce the fees! Especially for those who are on a team, where all transactions go through one member. 2nd member primarily handles marketing, admin, and backup tasks, not 2nd full line of business.

What do you like about our association services?

Want a great supportive association; then call Mainstreet immediately ! They are the most kind,
intelligent, helpful people in the Chicagoland area. I don't know of any other association in Illinois that is as helpful to the Real Estate Brokers.
No question is considered stupid and they are so considerate, if they don't know the answer they will direct you to the person who can help you.
Thank God for Mainstreet Association for Realtors, they are my support in the field of Real Estate.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

1. Really not getting what I pay for at all. CE classes should be offered online or at night and should be discounted for members!
2. Website is severely outdated and not user friendly at all.
3. Association should provide more guidance and support for new agents
