Always improving and offering new services to members
Tracy Marquardt was awesome today. Last minute unpaid dues issues were the reason for my call. Tracy was kind, considerate and went above and beyond to assist me. I am very grateful. When I hire agents from other Associations and they ask why MORE - these are the examples I share with them. Very grateful!

The FRONT LINE customer service has been excellent. When I have called for help I've gotten it.
Website is user friendly. If I need to call Main Street, all my questions are answered promptly.
Stop moving the satellite offices. Restore the capabilities to purchase planners,signs and other items in the satellite facilities for the convenient of members. Is Downers Grove the region where the majority of membership are located. I remember when the board was located in Homewood.

I don't like I love it. Everyone is so pleasant and helpful.
I am very new and do not as yet know what other improvements can be made. As I go along in the industry, I will let you know when using your services if there are areas needing improvement.
