In all the years I call you, I always get voicemail and I have to wait a good 3 to 5 minutes to get a live human being. It’s horrible customer service

It is a monopoly isn't it? Why would I need to recommend something that is mandatory for Realtors? Many programs are good, but the costs and regulations don't really make sense.

The organization is great and offers tons of resources and tools to help agents grow their business. I feel like the information can be made presented in a less confusing manner. For new agents like myself, we all talk and say "what classes do we take first? Where do we begin? Where is the fee structure?" These questions are always answered if we call in and talk to someone which is awesome however the realtors call time is precious and it would be nice to go into a forum or link that allows you search the information easier. For example: Suggested classes and the oder they should be taken for new agents through 12 months. Suggested classes and the order they should be taken in for agents from 1-3 years in the business... and so on. I'd love to get more involved but researching how to work with Mainstreet has been daunting as well. Overall, I love Mainstreet and rate a 7 for the reasons listed above.
MORe has a lot to offer in terms of training, education and events for the members and non members. The staff is always friendly and happy to assist with any questions.
MORE offers classes that are interesting and of real value in practicing real estate. Also provide courses for both newly licensed agents and seasoned veterans. Instructors are very knowledgeable and some, especially Lynn Madison, can present material in a way that makes you want to continue learning more.
I also like that the staff is prompt in getting back to me with answers to questions or concerns.

I like that the Association is constantly trying new things, new subjects, etc. to keep Realtors aware of what's going on around them.
