After being a member of Mainstreet for my entire Real Estate career that dates back to 1991, two disappointing experiences linger in my mind. I stopped doing Real Estate for a little over a year maybe 2 because of personal setbacks, I was disappointed that when I came back to Mainstreet, I was told I'd have to pay the "New Members" fee again and that I had missed it by a couple of months. I also was disappointed about how the Sentrilock upgrade conversion was handled. I missed out on upgrading my lock because of poor communication where no one would take accountability. My lockbox remains in the possession of one of your staff members who has failed to respond to my attempts to retrieve it. These experiences have been nagging disappointments that I still carry that don't allow me to garner rave reviews for the Association.

Mainstreet is great for affiliates, networking, and has tons of fun and educational events. Everyone is easy to work with and very helpful. I highly recommend joining a committee as well!
I can’t narrow down into one thing that I like about our association, but here are a couple! Foremost, the staff: friendly, knowledgeable, available & helpful. The tools provided: to help our members do a better job. The convenience: being able to stop in, call, or email someone for a quick answer to a question, or solution to a problem.
As a new Realtor, I appreciate their guidance, patience and help whenever I call and have questions. They also get back to me timely when I leave a voicemail for anyone.
