Make existing members take unnecessary classes
The office and associates are all very nice. Always very nice ti work with. Your system is all easy to use, however prices are really getting high. I have checked other associations. They are cheaper but I have gone through changing to you years ago and don't feel like going through the hassle of changing, yet!
So far my experience has been good.
Stop sending me email
If you were going to levy a late fee, could you not send an email that late fee would be charged a couple of days before the D-day? Why do you send email after the event saying it will be suspended? This could have been sent a day before to give a chance for Realtors to avoid late fees.
Not a good partner
You have s a Several office locations. Your staff is very polite and courteous and patient. You keep the members informed about webinars and classes available. I appreciate that After being a member of CAR for over 20 years. Much better member services. I’m happy I switched over.

The association gives agents a variety of ways to expand their knowledge and be successful. Help desk has always been easy to get answers immediately or in an acceptable time if need leave a message.
Offer more services and support for agents.
Good service
They provide great classes that you don't normally see at any other real estate school such as working with seniors. These kinds of classes help me improve my sales skills and helps me keep an open mind to new opportunities. Their website is very user friendly and the chat feature is extremely helpful. They respond very quickly to questions and provide real answers. I love being a member of Mainstreet!!!

Every thing is excellent
I like that the features are being updated on a regular basis.
There are a couple of things I would like to see in regards to waterfront property. A mandatory field to choose pond, lake, retention and if the lake allows motors. Also would like a feature to filter our 55+ residence.
Reduce the fees. Could have given us a break during Covid.

I’m always provided with an answer to my question or solution to a problem
I just do not believe that we should be forced to be in the mls anymore. Technology has changed and the system has not changed enough with it. Most of my clients find their properties online mostly through Redfin which is a much nicer user friendly system. Also, we should be able to text links at this point. It should play nice with 3rd party vendors like Liondesk so we do not need to duplicate info. They should setup a payment plan during hard times like this. It is just too much money for something that is hardly used now.
Personal attention.
Being required to maintain a membership to the local board of Realtors in order to access the local MLS seemingly conflicts with Federal antitrust statutes. The boards have engaged in discriminatory practices and advocates for legislators against the interest of my community.
The fees are way too high and too often. It makes me not even want to be in real estate but I'm sure my feelings about this won't make a bit of difference so it is what it is.
