I have been using Rockford Bike Shop for several years and never have I been disappointed with the quality of their service or the turn around time of those services being completed. I go here for both their attention to detail, reliable repairs / maintenance and to visit with Jolene....honestly mostly Jolene. To be honest it was the pictures of the bassets on either Facebook or Google Reviews that initially caught my attention / motivated me to choose this shop.
...and the shops atmosphere / down to earth / chill staff make it a fun visit that I look forward to making each spring.
Fixed an unusual problem with the location of my speed sensor...great job...problem solved.
Also, fixed front wheel brake on the spot. I can't say enough about the service provided.

The people more than anything. From the Lady up front to Coach Bob in the repair section, they have a great team at Rockford Bike Shop. They genuinely care about do best by the customer. I could not be happier having gotten my Son's new mountain bike there, amazing how well the can work with a 5 year!
