Timely, attentive & professional service and advice. Topshelf products and the technical skills to make all the bike parts puzzles operate optimally! What a cool new shop with two enormous screens for viewing two bike races simultaneously. The shop vibes are like a sports bar combined with a gym with the best bikes for background mood. Anytime you go in, you might see families with kids getting their first kick bikes and greybeard prodads getting more carbon bikes!

I bought a bike from another bike shop had problems with them not honoring the warranty to fix the bike tire. Left that store went directly to Rockford bike shop and they figured out what the problem was. I will never use another bike shop. I will tell everyone to go to Rockford bike shop. Rockford bike shop is priced right and honest staff.

Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. I have never had anyone talk down to me, which is not the norm for bike shops, unfortunately. Services I have had done there have always been done quickly and professionally.
You whole team is great with us customers. Everyone is willing to help, give recommendations, or even just offer a beer. My girlfriend also loves the fact that you have a shop dog!

Everyone was very friendly. I could tell the shop was busy, with high work load in high season. But the bike techs took time to stop what they were doing, greet me and help me check out. (was picking up my bike from service). Only thing I wish... I was not given notice that my bike had been finished (I understand this is usual practice). Something went wrong with my work order perhaps. And the previous I cancelled a weekend biking-dominated trip out of town, thinking that my bike was not finished, and I learned later that it was indeed done.
George and Katie are wonderful people. They have succeeded in establishing a community business that services the the biking community in West Michigan.

Very friendly staff helped my son find his next bike. My son is 7 and was talked to and treated like he was the most in important person in the store. He was given lots of options, and lots of bike adjustments were made until he was 100% satisfied. Despite it being busy season, his bike was built and ready for pick up the very next day.
