As cycling pulled me deeper and deeper into its world, I realized the importance of having a local bike shop in my corner. In the beginning, I flirted with as many of the West Michigan offerings as possible just to experience their different cultures. We are lucky to have some great locally owned bicycle peddlers in the area (pun intended). However, one bike shop had me coming back regularly. George didn’t always tell me what I wanted to hear, but he always told me the truth and what I needed to hear. My bikes always feel brand new after they work on them. They value quality (both parts and service). They are an integral part of the cycling community and create a family atmosphere. Rockford Bike Shop is my favorite bike shop and I’m happy to be a part of their family.

I was having issues with my old mountain bike and after visiting other shops the issue was never resolved.
I brought it up to George in service and he fixed it the first time in about 15 minutes.
