We like TREK bikes and the owners and staff. Graham was especially helpful in helping us pick out our new bikes and answering questions we had. We have had our bikes in the past also maintained by their service department. They do a good job. Their new location on Childsdale in Rockford is closer to our home, but also close to the White Pine Trail too which is convenient.

We buy locally whenever possible. Rockford Bike Shop is in our neighborhood. The couple that owns it patiently answered all our questions and advised us appropriately. We purchased 2 e-bikes and a bike rack and look forward to many years of great service with them.
The new shop looks great, Graham (I don't hear great, and might have heard his name wrong) was very helpful, twice in one day even. I snagged a new marlin to replace my old one, and picked up a small marlin for my daughter as well.

Rockford Bike Shop is a wonderful gem in Rockford. They carry a wide range of bikes for all styles of riding from gravel, road, cross country, to trail. They also have a good selection of kids bikes. The service department can keep your bike in shape, keeping you riding. Plus two basset hounds make the best door greeters.
Excellent support and willingness to help. The new facility is nice and spacious and includes areas to test ride the bikes without worrying about traffic. Very happy with my purchases from RBS!
