Late and George went to bat to get parts to put my bike back on the road. Although it took almost 2 weeks to repair, can’t fault them when there was a delay in parts, Kate even found a rim at another dealer and had it shipped in thereby avoiding a longer delay!

They are located right across the street from the trail and were great about letting me try several bikes to make sure I got what I wanted. So much better then buying online or from a shop with only a parking lot to try out your new ride.

Katie and George are always very welcoming, and know their products. We needed replacement parts for a bike rack that was damaged and Katie had the parts ordered before we left the store. The parts came in just a couple of days . We appreciate their service and knowledge and I get my Basset Hound fix when I visit! We recommend to them to all our friends! Our future bike purchases will definitely come from Rockford Bike Shop.

The Rockford Bike Shop is awesome! I had a bolt fall out of the rear suspension on my Trek Fuel EXe while I was on vacation in Michigan. I called them and they ordered the part for me from Trek. They had the part in their bike shop for me to pickup within 24 hours so I could get another ride in before I had to head back to New York. Katie and Bob are so friendly and helpful! Bob looked up the tech sheets for my rear suspension on the Trek website and tried to print them out for me. It didn't work but he then took screen shots and texted them to me! This is the best service I have received from a bike shop in Michigan. Thanks!
Did my spoke repair while I waited. Loved that they didn’t make me wait a week to get me back on the road. And their dog Jolene kept me company while I was waiting for my repair to be done.
