I was out for a ride on the first 50 plus degree day of 2025. While riding up a hill I shifted down to a lower gear. Heard a pop, then noticed the rear cable broke. I rode to the shop, they dropped what they were doing, put my bike on the stand. 15 minutes later I was riding again. Awesome.

Rockford Bike Shop is a wonderful gem in Rockford. They carry a wide range of bikes for all styles of riding from gravel, road, cross country, to trail. They also have a good selection of kids bikes. The service department can keep your bike in shape, keeping you riding. Plus two basset hounds make the best door greeters.
