The cost when you use applicable discounts. The app is user friendly. Getting into the Spot and parking, and exiting later, are so simple, using the QR code. The parking spot is covered. Entry to the site is not easy for people without reservations, so I feel that my car is safely parked. The shuttle is timely (comes around often) and is a quick drop-off to the terminal. The shuttle personnel are helpful and courteous.

I love the buses that show up as you are unloading your luggage from your car. They are often helping unloading as well as putting your items on the bus.
