Easy assess and quick pick ups

The Parking Spot 3 is my first choice when flying out of STL - Lambert. The ease of booking through the app is great. Having the option of covered parking was a plus on my most recent trip.

Covered spaces and easy drop off/pick up at the airport.

Proximity to the airport, speed of shuttle service, ease of booking, and price are all great. I typically take rideshare to and from the airport but when I do park, parking spot is my go-to.

They were very efficient and helpful. Only waited about 5 minutes to be picked up from airport when we returned. The only thing that was confusing is that I was looking for the yellow bus with black spots, but that is not what came for us. We usually park in the airport lot, and this saved us a bunch of money!

Loved the car side pickup and drop off, the ease of booking. Through the app. So much more convenient than using the other airport lots (and cheaper!).

Very nice efficient

I like knowing my car is safe on the property. Always friendly drivers who get me to the gate on time. Rarely do I have to wait long to be picked up at the parking spot or at the airport. Like the app and ease of making reservations and earning points. What I don't like... is trying to get out of your West Parking Spot. The HWY is horrible and often pulling out and getting into the spot is a nightmare.

Having the attendant at the VIP lot is a nice touch. He is nice guy and helpful.

Undercover. Quick pick up and return. Generally great staff. This last time however, my driver did not make sure all the bags were off and we had to chase him down to get them. Luckily, the arm wouldn’t go up or we would’ve been lost without our bag.
