Great personal service. Pick up at your car and drop off at your car. They even load your luggage. Thank you 😊.

Easy to find a parking space, shuttles are on time and frequent. Shuttle drivers are professional

Great prices and the free ride service to and from the airport is awesome! They drop us off at our airline doors! Nice staff!

Prompt pickup on both ends, friendly drivers

Affordable, friendly, safe, convenient and speedy.

Conveniently located and very efficient

Everything is cool, but this gentleman Darrius is driving too recklessly. I know he's probably doing it so everybody can catch their planes and stuff, but it is not safe, I think he neehds a bit of coaching. I am just trying to prevent an accident with a bunch of people in the shuttle.

Please and thank you.

Convenient, secure and reasonably priced parking. But the best thing about Parking Spot Plus are the van drivers! The drivers are polite and always help with luggage.

Loved it! Parked my new car in covered parking for for several days. Van driver was right behind me to pick us up, loaded our luggage, and unloaded it at airport. Flew back to Oakland late at night to find a van waiting at the airport pick up area. Same curtesy afforded me with my luggage. I look forward to using this parking lot again in the future.

The driver’s name I can’t remember, but he helped me out with my car wouldn’t start. And at the airport, I put my luggage and everything on the bus found out. It was the wrong bus and that driver helped me take my bags off and help me put them on the right bus.
