Prompt pick up and pleasant staff
I don't travel often, and I find it stressful and overwhelming. The shuttle drivers at the Parking Spot wrote my spot number on a card for me and gave it to me so I could be returned to my car after my trip. Upon return, I was delivered to my car and was helped with my luggage. I won't be parking anywhere else when traveling. Thank you so much for your quick and friendly service!

When you arrive someone valets yuor vehicle and loads your luggage on the shuttle van. and you get dropped off. When you return the shuttle arrived within 10 minutes of me calling and when we arrived at the terminal my vehicle was there waiting. The driver loaded my luggage into my vehicle and I was on my way.

We left early and arrived late our wait for a ride was relatively Short. Maybe timing was on our side coming home at 12:00am due to a significant delay but we will take it. We greatly appreciate the Spot Team for being there at 6:00am and 12:00am. Had we gone with ways.com parking, the rate may have been a bit less but at 12:00am we would have had to hired an Uber. Yep making it more expensive.

One improvement to recommend.
Its been a few years since I traveled for business, so finding the "West" lot was a little challenging without clear signs and gps did not help! The only way I found the lot was following a bus. This cause a little stress going to the airport, but once I found the lot all went smoothly!
