I had a cluster of personal issues this trip from not setting up my reservation properly to losing my credit card while traveling. The staff were all great and treated as no big deal. While still working through the challenges of a lost credit card, the parking spot was definitely not one of them.

I had a much better experience the first time I used PS than the second. The second time was fine, but the first time spoiled me - the driver got out and helped me get my bag out of the car. It was a different driver when I returned, but she did the same. Put my bag in my car. It was just a really nice thing to have happen after a tiring trip.
