The Parking Spot South is my FAVORITE park & shuttle service. I've used several over the years, and tried TPS for the 1st time early last year. This is the cleanest, most organized, efficient lot I've used. Each time, it's easy to find a parking spot, there's enough space for my SUV to feel comfortable, the shuttle is there to get me within a minute (they're usually waiting for me to get out of my vehicle). Arriving back at PHL, a shuttle is there within 5 minutes of me walking out the door, if not less. The staff, gate staff and drivers, are friendly and helpful. Most importantly for me, I feel safe whether I get there at 2 AM or 2 PM. Thank you TPS!

I love that you meet us and drop us off close to our vehicle. Our driver was a little odd on the trip back to the facility -- talked to herself the entire time and randomly laughed.
Picking up and dropping off at my car the only thing I did not like was waiting to get back to my car while I was waiting 3 buses from the north came by
Good price and timely enough shuttle services.
However, the last time I parked, the shuttle driver was clearly in a rush, whipping around the parking lot. I was parked at T 55, but she dropped me at T 20, so I had to lug my bags the rest of the way to my car. I've never had this issue before, so I will come back, but I hope this isn't the new norms of service.
Like the prompt pick ups both going and coming, and the convenience!
It is a convenient location and great drop-off service. It would be good to have a "Line starts here" at the SLC airport. Often, the driver will just stop randomly and park in the middle of the line to start loading- the first person who has been waiting the longest gets the shaft.
I like the covered parking and being close to the airport!

I haven't had great customer service like The Parking Spot in years! Our flight was delayed and canceled due ro the CrowdStrike shutdown. Whenever I would call The Parking Spot, I got to talk to a.real person and each time they were very understanding and accommodating. A special thanks to Sade! 😊
Your service was excellent both when we parked and when we returned.
The driver who picked us up, Phylicia (I think), was excellent. The directions as to where to go to be picked up at the airport were not very plain and we actually went out the wrong door. Flagged her down and she not only picked us up, but showed us where we should have been in order to be picked up.
She was extremely friendly and very, very helpful. Y'all need to hold onto her!!
