Very convenient with friendly employees

It is usually very easy and efficient. Sadly, the last time I parked there the attendants that were giving out the tickets were not organized and not giving out tickets in the order of car arrivals. It is the first time I have ever had a bad experience and I park there often.

Overall, I didn’t have a problem with the experience. Parking, payment, and the app were all easy to use, and the price was exactly what I expected.

Just a few things I thought I’d mention. When I parked in section P, the space numbers were pretty worn off and difficult to read. It wasn’t a huge issue since I knew I was in P and it’s not an enormous lot, but repainting the numbers would definitely help.

There was also a large bag of trash full of bottles and other garbage sitting in the parking area that I had to move in order to park. I mentioned it to the driver, and he said he would let someone know or have it picked up. When I returned, though, it was still there.

Finally, when I was dropped off, the driver took me to the front instead of dropping me near section P, so I had to walk all the way back to my car. Again, not a huge deal, but I did try to explain where I was parked. There seemed to be a language barrier, and I don’t think he understood what I was asking.

Overall, the service worked well. I just wanted to pass along those few things because they seem pretty easy to improve.

It's always such an easy process. The drivers are quick to pickup and helpful. On my most recent visit, I lost my ticket with my spot info on it and Bobby was so nice to help me find my car.

We use the Premium lot that is covered. I like self parking and the spaces are good size. The shuttles are usually quick to pick you up. I have been a customer for a long time and will continue.

The manager for Parking Spot 1 was very helpful resolving my charges when I returned from a trip.

Convenience and price

We are pleased that you are providing covered parking as we had a vehicle destroyed by hail several years ago in your other lot.
Your vans are always ready to take us to the airport when we are parked and usually ready at the airport to return to the lot. The app is good at showing us where the drivers are if we want to look.

I generally don't have to wait very long to be picked up at the airport. Sometimes it seems like they are waiting for me! I'm occasionally frustrated in the parking lot, standing by my vehicle waiting for a ride. I rarely wait more than 10-15 minutes.
