Always quick service with the shuttles. This time we lost our keys on the shuttle on the way to the airport. They were found and there was practically no delay when we had to pick up the keys before leaving the lot.

It was quick and convenient. The drivers were friendly. I Last name removed wish drivers would leave for the airport once they have a group of people on board, instead of waiting for their bus to be full before leaving. Also, if the drivers met you at your car once you parked would be great. I had to walk a little way to get to the bus after parking.
