Very prompt service.

Timely pickup. Direct drop off. Water on completion - that is a nice touch!

There's no waiting time; they pick you up quickly from your car. :)

What I liked most was the excellent performance of the staff; thank you very much for such good, fast, and efficient service.

Driver right there to pick you up and return you right to where car is parked (self parking). Courteous and friendly. Also easy to check in and out with the app. Reasonably priced

The Parking Spot 2 in Atlanta consistently provides excellent service. The shuttle service is convenient and reliable, the staff is friendly and professional, and the entire process makes traveling much easier. I especially appreciate the peace of mind knowing my vehicle is in a secure location while I’m away. It’s a great experience from drop-off to pickup, and I highly recommend their service.

Everyone is always super friendly here from the person at the gate, the driver taking us to the airport and the ease of coming back from the airport to the car. Thank you.

Easy to use, frequent shuttles

so convenient

Professionalism, courtesy and respect

Very convenient and drivers are always friendly and courteous.

Easier to get to then airport parking. Don’t have to drive around in circles.

Employees are very helpful. I feel safe parking there.

Everything was great!

Prompt service, covered parking, easy check in and check out

I really enjoy the convenience of the Parking Spot. I’ve only used the Parking Spot at the Sepulveda location for the last 7 years give or take, so I can’t compare it to other parking spots. I like location and how fast it is to get a shuttle to and from the airport. The prices are pretty reasonable and with discounts you can’t beat it. Overall, I’ll probably continue to use the Parking Spot until my car can automatically drop me off and pick me up from the airport.

Efficient, the entire service is as advertised. Would recommend.

Very handy.

Reasonable rates, easy to reserve a parking spot and easy access to the lot.

Always reliable!

Very convenient and efficient

Very convenient. It’s much easier to get picked up at your car, than to park and hike with your luggage to the train and beyond! I feel the security is somewhat better than at the airport also.

Love the entire process from reservations to parking, the shuttle service, the helpful shuttle driver and quick exit. Wonderful service.

SO convenient! Shuttle to/from airport every few minutes.Drivers were very helpful. Complimentary bottled water on the way out was a nice touch and very appreciated. Facility is clean, safe and so efficient.
