Your check in and check out service is very old and difficult to use. It too about 10 minutes to check out and there was no assistance in the booth. It makes me think that there must be a better way to conduct business

well i was shocked now i did make a mistake and booked 6 am instead of 6 pm my fault on that but i that i would get the same rate that i booked on the overage i checked out at 432 pm and the rate was 33.53 dollars — shocked at that rate — for 7 days the rate i got was $88.27 then hit with the $33.53 at checked —i like the parking spot and have always used y’all on my travels -
i did talk to a manager there on site and realized the 6 am booking was my fault just wondering why i didnt get the same rate any help would be nice

That said my last visit was a big disappointment.
Even though I prepaid for covered valet parking I had to wait over 45 minutes at 12:30AM in the morning for me car!

Convenience and location. Usually quick service to and from the airport. However , Saturday night was a mess and a half! People stood in line for well over 30-45 minutes waiting for the bus to pick them up. Lack of preparation showed itself.
Easy in- easy out plus best thing is you get picked up AT your car and dropped off there too— no wandering. Price is very good too
