It's the same parking lot we have always used, just new name and new systems for paying on-line. The advance pay rate was a good discount and worth doing. The lot is much bigger, take a while to find your way out with all the construction. Should be great when completed. Whenever that is!

The gate attendants and the drivers have always been 100% pleasant! Been going here for over seven years without one exception!

The vans are very prompt and picking you up within the parking lot once you park. (I always do the covered parking because you never know when hail is going to show up.).

Upon return the vans arrive within minutes! I must stay in the past three years there has been a tremendous improvement in the number of vans and that they literally show up within minutes.

If you have AAA membership, enter the info in the Parking Spot app and you get a discount. You also get a discount for pre-paying which also is very convenient because you will already have the QR code needed to leave the lot when you return. You also receive points toward Parking discount when you enroll.

Lastly, the app is wonderful and easy to navigate.

Very friendly and helpful with bags and such. Buses are getting old and beat up though, but expected considering the Utah roads.

Always kind employees and drivers. They always help carry the luggage on and off the bus. Last week the parking lot was full, I had a reservation and they let me park in the employee lot.

My only complaint is that the shuttle buses have little to no suspension. So the ride to and from the airport is always very rough.

When I use the parking spot it's very predictable. The one time I had an issue the customer service team responded and rectified it. So in the unlikely event something doesn't go smooth, rest assured they will fix it and make your experience better.

Your people are extremely kind and helpful! One piece of feedback: it would be helpful if the directions to the return pick-up spot in the ATL airport were more clear. It should read, go to ground transportation past the Marta station.
