Convenient access from the interstate. It is close to the airport. The wait for the shuttle to airport is never long, the same for the return trip. The people are friendly.
The safety features, like wide parking spaces and a well-lit parking lot are important.
Additionally, I like the shuttle service dropping you off at your car, and the electronic checking and checkout features.

The people that work there do their best to provide the best customer service and that is what I love the best about this. They wait until my car starts. Make sure the bags are in my car for me as they are just too heavy for my husband and I at this stage of our lives. Just getting in and out of the bus is hard to tell you the truth, but the drivers are patient, so patient and helpful telling us to take pictures of the parking spot KNOWING I am going to lose that darned little ticket (and they were right!!!)

Quick and easy transition from parking to airport
I like the ease and convenience of dropping off and picking up my vehicle close to the airport. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We have always used The Parking Spot 2 and have had no complaints.
However, I do have an issue regarding my most recent visit. I had made a reservation for the parking spot 2 for 2/14/26 - 2/21/26 (with an early morning arrival on 2/14/26 (4:00 am) and late evening return flight on 2/21/26 of 11:20 pm). Our total cost was around $121.00. Our flight landed early and we had our bags with plenty of time to get to our vehicle by midnight; however, the driver that picked us up (we were first on), picked up several other customers at Terminal 2 and even more at Terminal 1, to the point where we were fully loaded in the pickup van. Needless to say, we were the last one to get off the van, and checkout, which put us past the midnight deadline and we were charged an additional $22.00, which I feel was unfair. I wish someone would look into this and waive this additional charge.
The appl is easy to use. Convenient location and transportation to the airport is always timely.

The parking spot is very clean and safe. We always use the parking spot when traveling. The shuttle service is outstanding along with the employees. I recommend this parking spot to everyone.
easy in and out parking
JFK was quick to pick up and drop off, with plenty of shuttles. I've had terrible experiences with TPS2 at IAH, so was very glad to see JFK runs a much smoother operation.
