The Parking Spot is always very convenient for us to use because of where we come from. It's easy to get to and makes our travel day much less stressful. The drop-off and pick up is always seamless and the drivers are very courteous and helpful with the luggage.
The covered parking was awesome. The drivers were courteous and professional. The price for parking 15 days was very reasonable. And my vehicle was safe and secure the entire time I was gone. The only time I thought about my vehicle being parked was when I landed and had to remember where I put my ticket in my wallet.

Every employee I came across was friendly, helpful, and informative, making the whole process smooth from start to finish.
A special shout-out to the shuttle driver who drove me back to my car. We discovered my birthday is on the 3rd and hers is on the 2nd, which made for a fun conversation. She had cute little birthday decorations around the shuttle, and she was an absolute delight—so cheerful, kind, and full of positive energy. She truly ended my trip on a high note.

The Parking Spot is a great place to park your car when leaving for a trip. Reservations are easily made, pickup is fast, and the employees are very pleasant. I guess I forgot to roll my driver side window up after I parked the car. When I returned from my trip, there was plastic film placed over the open window. That is service! I highly recommend the Parking Spot!

I always use the Parking Spot Fly lot in Atlanta. The pickup service is usually very fast. I love the free car wash after I get back from my trip. The only annoying thing that happens sometimes is when the driver has their 2-way radio volume blaring on high. I thanked one driver one day who was using an earpiece instead. He told me that the drivers are supposed to always use that. If that's the case, then maybe a reminder to all to make the ride much more pleasant. Thanks, Name removed
