Over the past 10 years The Parking Spot has been my choice for parking when traveling out of Hobby or IAH. I like the covered parking option. It's very convenient.
EXELENT
Fast and nice staff
For short term trips, I prefer Parking Spot to the alternatives. For longer trips, we just hail an UBER or LYFT.
I love the Parking Spot's use of technology and your van drivers are outstanding.
great services
Everything! It’s easy, convenient, and staff is always friendly and helpful!!
Great customer service!
So convenient!!! The shuttles are looping all the time. Never had to wait more than 3 min
Your prices are very good. The service is great. When I pull up I am greeted by a friendly face. I don't have to wait long for a bus to pick me up from my car, or to return me back from the airport. The drivers all seem pretty friendly. Overall, it is a good price for friendly and dependable service. I will continue to use your services. - First name removed (Fairfield, CA)
Very fast transport to airport. Easy in and out. Friendly staff very helpful.
This was my first time using any parking facility near LAX, so I don't have anything to compare it to, but I found the experience very good. Everything was easy, from booking online, entering the facility, the shuttle service, to leaving. The shuttle service was quick. The garage was clean. I don't usually fly out of LAX, but using The Parking Spot made getting in and out of LAX less stressful.
I like your shuttle service
