My only concerns are the wait time to be picked up after parking, and at the airport. I’ve seen people practically fight over someone cutting in line to get one of the last spaces on the little bus. And I ended up sitting so close to a young man I thought he would have to introduce me to his parents.

We love the ease of booking online and being able to arrive before our flight and your bus takes us to our gate. The only complaint we have is that the bus is so rough in the ride. I believe they need new shocks or something like that to make the bus ride smoother.

Your service was referred to us by a neighbor and I'm so glad he did. Your service kept the stress level down so much. My husband has medical issues and walking long distance is hard for him. The fact that your service picked us up at our car and dropped us off where we needed to be was PERFECT. Both drivers when departing the air port and returning were super helpful and explained what to do on our return and where to wait for the shuttle. Everything was great.
