Extremely easy to drop car off. Workers are very helpful and polite. With the app, by the time i was getting my luggage at the airport, i was getting notified that the shuttle driver knew i was there and directed where to go. Shuttle arrived in less than 10 minutes. My car was pulled out of the spot, running & waiting for me to get in. Worker helped load my luggage and i was on my way in 5 minutes. I have nothing bad to say about the service i received this time and previous times as well. HIGHLY recommend!

Reserving my spot through the app was easy and fast, the online discount for paying up front was a huge incentive. Once I arrived on location, staff were very helpful in getting me to a spot and then to my gate with limited waiting time. Upon arriving back from my trip, the bus was there to pick me up as soon as I logged into the app to let them know I had arrived, little to no waiting time. I will definitely use and recommend The Parking Spot!

Fast and easy service - was picked up immediately at my vehicle and delivered to my terminal, then found their shuttle waiting right after landing on the return trip home. The shuttle drivers and other employees were all incredibly kind and professional, taking care of everyone they picked up. Awesome experience and a much better value than most of the on-site parking.
The mobile app makes it quick & easy to make or cancel a reservation. Service is excellent from the time that you’re picked up & dropped off at the airport. My vehicle stays clean being my car is under roof. There’s no other place I would leave my vehicle.
