The service is great. As soon as you park, the bus is right there to take you to the airport. On our return, the bus came within minutes. The driver was great, when dropped off at our cars, he was loading luggage for us. The ladies at the check in/check out are so friendly. They even ask if you need some cold water for your drive home. Highly recommend.

Was so happy that there was an attendant at the Parking Spot 2 who could help us get a parking spot. I have used my Parking Spot card for many years without any issues, but now it seems the card no longer works and you have to use the App, which we did not have and wasn't able to download there w/out WiFi. The attendant was very patient and helpful.

Drivers are extremely kind and courteous. Parking is easy, the offering of covered parking, how close it is to BWI. The app is easy to use and very helpful for letting the shuttles know when you're ready for pickup if they aren't already there. Beyond convenient and my car has always been safe thus far.

The Nashville Parking Spot is an excellent way to get to the airport and get your car when you return. The shuttle bus is always just around the corner when I arrive to take me to the parking lot. The drivers are superb. They help load and unload.
