I love everything about The Parking Spot. Great prices and convenience and the drivers are extremely helpful and friendly to everyone. The drivers seem to go out of their way to make the customer feel comfortable.

Shuttle arrives quickly and a lot of shuttles. However once your on the shuttle it takes 45 minutes to get around the loop because of all the stops and picks up. They should dedicate one shuttle for gates 1-4 and another for gates 5-7. That way there are no pickups until you reach gate 5-7 and it gets around the loop faster.
The Parking Spot 1 on Will Clayton is close to IAH, and the shuttles are easy to see. I also like the addition of priority service, which on two separate occasions picked me up and dropped me off early. The price also seems competitive. The drivers are friendly and helpful.
Easy to use website. Staff is unbelievably friendly, helpful and accommodating. Always feel good about safety of car. Never have to wait for a transport bus. Just a great company!

The ease of checking in and out. That your buses are always there and available without having to wait for long periods of times after traveling and trying to get back home. How quick you also pick us up at the care. Water available at check out. I can't actually say enough good things about the On the Spot service at Dallas Love field.
