I have used the Paking Spot twice now. The app is easy yo use, once you arrive at the lot, you are instructed where to park. The shuttle drivers are pleasant and helpful. My car has been safely kept while I was away. I truly appreciate the covered parking, pick up and drop off at my car. I will continue to use them in the future .

Easy parking and pickup

We have used other parking companies in the past and had a very difficult time not only waiting for the bus, but also figuring out which was the correct bus. The Parking Spot arrived in a very timely manner and was also easy to locate. This is the first time we used the Parking Spot and I was unsure how to pay, so even though we had used the self park option, I went to the Valet booth to ask the cashier a question. She was very friendly and processed the payment right there.

Also it was convenient that there were restrooms at the facility along with free water!

It's efficent. And I feel like my car is safe. Also multiple locations (4) so spots almost always available. Just this past week I booked the day of travel and received a free upgrade.
