We had a very long wait on Monday evening, October 13 2025 to be taken back to our car. It was a little out of control as people were just cutting in the lines. Apparently the driver that picked us up had written down the wrong parking spot and the return driver kept insisting that he was at the right spot. Thankfully I had taken pictures of our spot, and we were not even close to what was written on the card.

It is easy to get to. The shuttles run regularly so it reduces the time waiting after you arrive. The drivers are helpful and friendly.
Really efficient and quick. Stupid-easy to spot shuttles. Technology is very advanced. Every driver and valet has been first rate.
Once I have a trip planned it is so easy to set up my reservation, easy to use the app to enter the lot and exit when back, always plenty of spots available, and the busses run often enough that there is little delay. Great bus drivers too.

Everything was so easy. Scan in and scan out to pay. Find a parking spot, bus picks you up and when returning they drop you in front of your car. Can't get easier than that.
