Convenient ... the new remodel with all covered parking is not very user friendly for those of us that drive large vehicles (pickup and large SUVs) would be my only concern.

The Parking Spot is one of my favorite travel hacks!! The location is convenient and secure, the app is crazy easy to use and I’ve never waited more than 3 minutes for a shuttle to arrive! The QR code access basically handles everything with one swipe and I love that you recently added the option to store my parking location in the app in case I lose the card while I’m away. Everything about The Parking Spot is seamless and done with customer convenience in mind. The water fridge at check out is also a very appreciated touch after a long travel day.
The parking is close and you don’t have long waits of the buses. Nice and friendly drivers.
