The gentlemen that pick me up and deliver me back are always very nice. I park in covered parking and never have any issues. Always able to find a space. Always very pleased with using this service any time of the year. The Parking Spot is a place to leave your car while you are away.

I enjoyed using the Parking Spot especially the app. It was simple and easy.
The covered spot helps alot agains the Texas sun and provides shelter if it hails.

Making the reservation early helps alot with pricing and placing data in the app for easy departures is a plus in addition to using thr QR code.

ONE RECOMMENDATION> When we get off the van at the airport, I feel the driver should tell us then that our pick up is at door 16. All other spots are at door 10, so we wasted time walking there and were a bit annoyed, we had to walk all the way back to 16, where no other spot lots pick up!

Fair parking rate, great and quick service upon arrival at the lot

You meet me at my car and return me to that very spot. Usually friendly drivers.

It’s conveniently located to the airport. Entrance and exit were seamless with the QR code. I had no concerns about the safety of my vehicle. I will definitely park there again. The shuttle driver was courteous and helpful with luggage. The longest I waited for a shuttle was less than 5 minutes.

Our driver was so helpful when we realized my husband had left his phone in our car. He took us back to the parking lot after he dropped the other passengers off.
