Convenient and seamless process
The shuttle picked me up right away from the parking to the airport and the same thing happened coming back. I was picked up right away from the airport and dropped off by my car.
The lot was convenientl located close to the airport. The shuttles were quick to pick up and return us to/from the airport and drop us off at the correct terminal location. The cost of parking was reasonable.

My dad has always used this location and now I do too. It’s one of the closest to LAX. The prices are reasonable. The shuttles come frequently. They always have waters available for you.
Being able to book on-line and having the apt on my phone was great. Secondly they are right there to pick you up at the car and place your bags in the bus. It only took 10 mins. from the time we pulled up to the gate until we were dropped off at the airport.

Personnel who transport you to/from the airport are very helpful and kind.
All employees encountered were extremely helpful and friendly. The shuttle driver on our return from the airport was also very nice and loaded our suitcases in the back of our vehicle when we exited the shuttle bus.

This was a wonderful experience. I was anxious about leaving my car. However, everyone was extremely nice, unloaded and loaded every bag, and took care of everything. Having traveled to NYC, where everyone is extremely rude, coming back to such great hospitality was a welcome sight. Make sure you tip your driver. They deserve it!
