Everything just runs so smoothly. We were greeted on the way in, told where to go and within minutes the driver was there to pick us up at our car. the driver was helpful with our bags and patient.

Organization - you are very efficient - from arrival - immediate baggage handling from our car to airport bus - to Terminal. On return to EWR - again, timely arrival of pick-up bus and gracious driver help with luggage. Then on return to the Parking Spot to find fir car ready at the bus stop - couldn’t have been any more convenient.

It’s easy to use the app to schedule a space. I would much rather drive to your lot than to BWI. I used to park in the airport garage but it was much more expensive. I like the membership discount. Your drivers are polite and caring. They have made sure my key works and that my car starts especially in the dark. Having a cold bottle of water is a welcome touch. I have told friends about the Parking Spot. As a widow and 78 years old I greatly appreciate your service. Thank you!
