Staff sometimes helps to guide you to available parking spots. What’s really important to me is that when I get there someone usually comes by very quickly so I don’t have to wait and wonder if anyone even knows I’m there. Prices are reasonable. Drivers take time to help people when needed. Most drivers I’ve had do a good job keeping the ride to and from the airport smooth. Occasionally I’ve gotten someone who rushes and charges towards red lights or brakes late or takes a corner quickly, but more often than not that’s isn’t the case.Please keep reinforcing the importance of stress free safe driving.

I have used the Paking Spot twice now. The app is easy yo use, once you arrive at the lot, you are instructed where to park. The shuttle drivers are pleasant and helpful. My car has been safely kept while I was away. I truly appreciate the covered parking, pick up and drop off at my car. I will continue to use them in the future .
