Parking Spot is usually a fast and efficient service, but last Friday-6-26-26 I waited and waited to be picked up by my car I walked down to the end of the row and was either passed by or told I would be picked up later. Thank goodness I allowed lots of extra time before my flight. I saw another driver on the other end and I ran down there and he was about to leave without me as well. Is there a new process that the customers are no longer picked up at the vehicle and have to walk to the end. Initially a bus driver passed me standing by my vehicle as well. The next issue on the ticket it states when needing ride back to Parking Spot Facility in ATL can get bus on North or South Terminal door W1 or door W2. I walked to North and that bus driver told me I had to go to the South. The tickets need to be updated. I have always had a great experience with Parking Spot, but things were a bit off last weekend. I do like the service that it is convenient and usually rather fast. Just not the case last weekend. Thanks for listening.
