With the app, it's quick in and out. They're there to pick you up at your car in the van, and they deliver you back quickly from the airport. All in all, better than walking to / from the long-term parking at the airport. And quicker.

I like the immediate pick up from the lot to the airport. Took 10 minutes from park to the airport terminal. The prepay option I like. Short wait at terminal to be taken to the lot. Friendly personal.
Inexpensive and I don't need to deal with airport traffic. Shuttle drivers are always helpful and friendly.
I go to the app on my phone or IPad, make my reservation, then pay. Then I receive the QR code and put it in my Wallett on my phone. When I drive up on departure day, I scan the QR at the machine, the gate goes up, the attendant tells me which row I should park in and I go there. In a few minutes the shuttle is there to pick us up.
On the return trip, I tried calling the number on the card with my parking spot number on it. The number is disconnected. Time for new cards that just say, “ Go the app on your phone and see where the shuttle is.”
It all works the way it is supposed to work.
I like the promptness of taking us to the airport and picking us up at the airport.

the prices are reasonable especially if you prepay. I love the loyalty program. The shuttle service is quick and convenient. The app makes scheduling, checking in & out and paying easy. The staff is friendly and helpful. The free water bottles at checkout is a nice touch.

Both drivers we had arriving and departing were very friendly and helpful. There seemed to be plenty of buses for the routes.

Most convenient when traveling with extra cargo/gear they pick you up at your car! Like the short trip to your terminal. Make sure to keep the receipt issued as you enter the lot it makes check out faster.
