I prefer parking here to airport parking because it is easy and convenient to park here. It’s also a lot less expensive. The shuttles run regularly and I have the option of covered or not n covered parking. I use Parking Spot at both airports in Houston.

Easy and simple, the fact there are multiple locations and also they picked you up at your spot is amazing too.

I love the easy booking ahead and the ease of entry and exit with the QR code provided. I like that I am almost always picked up after I park within a couple minutes. This last time, I may have waited 5 -7 minutes which is the first time it has been more than a minute or two.

And seldom have I had to wait more than a very short time for a bus to return from the terminal to my car. And the ease of being dropped off right at my car on the return.

I like that the drivers are courteous and how they help with the baggage when needed.

This was my first time ever using any kind of service like this. It was very easy to book, and the updates were awesome as well. Shuttle drivers were very pleasant as well.
