I love how convenient it is and how my car was safe
Covered wide parking available. Free shuttle to airport
The speed and ease of parking, getting to the airport for our flight, and getting back to my car when we return. You all do a fantastic service at the BDL Parking Spot. I always park there when we fly!! Your rates are reasonable too!!
Easy to use, water bottles at the exit and staff are generally friendly.
We've used the Parking Spot for a few years now. We just parked there last week, and things went really smoothly. We had a shuttle pick us up right at the car, and took us right to the airport. Our trip back from the airport also went smoothly and the driver, Kevin was wonderful.
A few months ago, we parked there and the shuttles were all full, and it took us over 30 minutes to finally get to the airport. I'm not sure what the problem was at that time.
I have another reservation in two weeks, and I'm hoping that it is a good experience too. The convenience of parking and getting to the airport is usually very smooth.
It was very friendly! And very professional.
Great quality and good service
Easy scheduling, convenient and reliable.
Quick pick up and close to airport
Shuttles are ready & waiting in the lot. Helpful driver.
Easy to use.
Convenience of driving in, parking and leaving my vehicle. Not dealing with all the airport traffic
Great service! Picked up at car quick and picked up at airport right away! Driver was so sweet! He help me get my luggage in my car! He went out of his way to help me and I really appreciated that!
Very nice that the shuttle was there for us at the same time we parked! However, at Terminal 1 in STL, we had to walk up a hill with heavy bags, then across the street and back down to shuttle. It needs to be closer to the door we are told to walk out of yo catch shuttle. We are seniors and it was a long day of flying and I wasn't feeling well. The incline was not good. Otherwise, very satisfied with the service

Parking Spot East is convenient and safe. My car is under cover and when I arrive, the bus to transport me to the terminal is behind my car and ready to help with my bags before I get out of my car. They are friendly and helpful!!!
