It is easy to make a reservation on line for the Spot using their app. We were in at 5 and out late but had no issues at all. We were in and out. The only suggestion would have better signage down below where we are picked up. It was hard to understand where to go. If you had you logo of the spots on a sign directing where to go from where we are at it would be so much easier. We kind of guess which way to go and luckily it was the right way.

When we dropped our vehicle off the van to take us to the airport was there in minutes. Driver was courteous and vehicle was clean. When we returned waited less than five minutes for pickup van to come. Again driver was very courteous and vehicle was clean. All in all great experience as always.

Convenient and reasonably priced. I like that the shuttle picks you up and drops you off at your car. I particularly like The Parking Spot 2, as it's convenient to 285 and allows me to avoid the nightmare that is I-75/85.

It was an easy process from start to finish. We booked on-line and printed our bar code to enter and leave parking lot. I also downloaded the App in case we had an emergency and couldn't get back on time. Since it was under cover, I had no issues of snow being on car when we returned. The bus picked us up and returned us right where we parked the car. The driver was friendly and helped with the luggage. I give this garage an A+.

The bus is there to pick you up immediately after you park. You get to the airport in no time at all. They take you right to the door. And your luggage comes out right near the door. They are very helpful with lifting up your bag and putting it on the bus. I've used them ever since they came to Cleveland.

Generally speaking you're pretty on-time and frequent with pick-ups. You're close to the airport. I've been using a parking service for 30 years now and you also beat the airport in what it costs to park. You beat them in timing too! That's the ticket!
