Everthing was easy. Pick up at the lot to the airport and the return was quick. Both employees were friendly and helpful. Using the app makes it easy.
Park here if there is snow in the forecast. Northeast Blizzard dumped 15-25 inches after I left Newark Airport on 2/22. I returned 6 days later, my car was dug out and the parking lot was cleared into neatly placed piles all the way to the exit. Great Job!!!

Valet carport not staffed well on a Monday morning- lots of guests waiting to get a ticket and delayed because there was no one to help for at least 5-6 minutes. Again, overall great service, but it's important to move folks along- that is why I use you!
